How do I reserve a specific date?

The reservation process begins with you requesting availability from the "Request Availability" page of our website. Our team will review and confirm your availability. If the service you chose is available for the date that you requested, a Booking Form/Contract will be sent for additional details for your event and signature. once received, you will be sent an electronic invoice with your full balance as well as your required security deposit. At that time you will have 24hrs to send the required security deposit via Zelle or Cash App or your requested date will then become available to someone else. Once the Booking Form/Contract has been signed and submitted, and the security deposit has been received, your reservation will be confirmed. Our reservations are first come, first serve. 


All outstanding balances are due no later than 48 Hours before the date of your event.  Your security deposit is separate from the total cost of the package and will be refunded if there is no damage to the equipment. 

What is your cancellation policy?

Should you need to reschedule your reservation, please be sure to contact us via email at slumbercinemas@gmail.com or call us at (832) 791-4524. Refunds will not be given for your security deposit or previously paid party balance if you cancel your party. If you need to reschedule for any reason, we will gladly offer you the next available date. 

We reserve the right to cancel anytime for reasons beyond our control to include but not restricted to inclement weather, sickness, and other reasons beyond our control. in these circumstances, a full refund will be issued regardless of timeframe or you may elect to reschedule.

What is your damaged property policy?

When we return to pick up our equipment, we will conduct a preliminary inspection. All inflatables should remain inflated just as we left them. Please DO NOT let air out of the air mattresses/chairs prior to us returning. The complete inspection will be completed by 7PM the following evening, weather permitting.  If the projector, screen or speaker system is damaged, we will seek to recoup the full cost to replace them. If any inflatables are stained beyond repair or damaged, you will forfeit your security deposit. Lost items will be treated as damaged items.

What is your policy on inclement weather?

For Cinemas Packages only: Due to the nature of our cinema equipment, we are unable to provide services outdoors during rain, snow, or heavy winds. We will review the weather 48Hrs before your event. If there is a high probability of rain during your event time, we will inform you that we can reschedule or cancel altogether. This will be based on our decision and not the renter. Under these circumstances, you may receive a full refund of you deposit or reschedule.

Slumber Party Policies

Age: Slumber parties are best for children age 4-14

What to bring: due to sanitary reasons, all guest should bring their own pillows to sleep on; the decorative pillows are only for decoration and not meant to be slept on.

Rules: No jumping or eating messy foods inside the teepees or on the mattresses, No standing on or throwing the trays.

Space needed: Each Teepee set up is approximately 42in wide by 72in long 

Rental Term & setup: Your rental term is good for one overnight stay. Delivery and setup times may differ, but pickup times will always be the following morning prior to 12:00 PM. 

What is required to secure my booking? For most themes, a $75 non-fundable security deposit is required; specialty and custom themed parties will require a higher security deposit. If you have paid but need to change the date, we will be happy to reschedule to another available date. However, we do not offer refunds if you have fewer guests or cancellations, as the teepees have been held for your party and effect other bookings.

We require the full payment at least 48 hours before your event date. Once we have set up, the responsibility of the teepees and al associated items is with the client and any damage will be charged accordingly.
